In this class Lani will coach you through a T-Tapp Basic Workout Plus with the focus on essential points of T-Tapp exercise form.
Keeping the body in alignment and demanding the muscles to scramble into play deliver the most effective workouts. Throughout this session, you’ll be cued, instructed, and dare I say badgered to keep fighting for your form!
You can expect detail to be delivered, giving you one of your best workouts ever and inspiration to carry forward into your practice.

Curious about how a TeleWorkout Can Work?
1) Call the dialup bridge line number at the appointed time
2) Be prepared with speaker phone, earpiece, or hand held phone if necessary to go through the workout LIVE with Lani. As an alternative, if you are “all visual” and would prefer, you can listen and take notes!
