I like the small FitDream Fusion group membership, and the private forum.  I like a close-knit group where we can get to know each other and support each other. I like the layout of the forums, how it is organized, and the forum topics.

The one-on-one exchanges with you are worth the Gold Membership fee to me.  I’m more comfortable asking questions that are very specific to my own experience one-on-one.

That being said, I am learning so much in the shared forum area and am very inspired by everyone.

I love the knowledge and the honesty with which Lani approaches our FitDream Fusion group. We have access to so much of her knowledge and insight into how the body works both physically with exercise and nutritionally with diet.
