1) mid/lower body sculpting via and including T-Tapp Total workout/Basic Work Out + and heavy emphasis on Target Pops listed;  plans include detailed instruction in these as described.  Daily activity as a healthy practice will be emphasized.

2) participant option to engineer processed foods, desserts, and other items out of the diet for the 4 week duration to accelerate weight loss and improve health.  A diet will not be prescribed, but clarification on the problems presented with high fat/high sugar processed foods discussed and support provided with maximizing whole foods in dietary plans.  The goal is to optimize your body composition goals.

3)  Goal setting strategies and protocol:   the SMART system:   goals should be

  • specific
  • measurable
  • attainable
  • realistic, and
  • timely.

4)   Psychology: addressing the power of self-talk, negative and positive.  Cultivating positive body image through vision.
