@Nita: Nita, you're in luck; there's a Target Pop in VHS for Pretzel Twist: https://store.t-tapp.com/products/Target-Pop-%252d-Pretzel-Twist-%252d-VHS.html

On the eight reps, you do eight with foot flexed, eight with toe pointed. Then move on. to the scrunch/stretch and do that 8 times. Make sense?

Lani, thanks for the tip, but that is the one that I already have. Is there a floor dvd that has the entire movement? They no longer make Mini Max 2 & 4 where she says the Pretzel Twist is done

She says to do eight reps of the point, flex foot thing. Does that mean that I do four flex, four pointed, and repeat this sequence 7 more times? Also when she does the scrunch up - stretch part, do I do that eight times or do I do four point, four flex, then scrunch up/stretch thing and do that entire sequence eight times? I think I need to see the entire pretzel twist done somewhere. I have a lot of her workouts but have not even watched all of them. Can you please help me here? You are such a wealth of knowledge. Thanks a million.

Oh, Lani, I was not able to access that Pretzel Twist instruction. Is there somewhere else I can maybe even get written instructions? Thanks
