The schedule of spa treatments available can be view on this page. Advance booking is advised to insure the type and time of treatment you prefer. Last I checked, there generous “4 hours in advance” cancellation policy should you need to cancel a treatment. You might want to confirm this upon calling in your desired treatments.

Body treatments and massage, even if just a couple over the course of the weekend, will enhance your workouts, help alleviate muscle soreness, and facilitate lymphatic drainage.
Not only that, they will also be a wonderful addtion to the relax – and -rejuvenate energy of this event. I have scheduled workout times to allow the 20 minutes or so needed to prepare for treatments beginning at the top of the hour, in most cases.
