Let me ask you a question. Are you experiencing any or all of these:
  • Are you tired of hitting your head against the weight loss wall?
  • Is it a struggle for you to be consistent with healthy exercise and eating practices?
  • Are you really good at what you do; however, haven’t mastered that “fitness thing” yet?
  • Are you dispirited by time-consuming or brutal workouts that take precious time and energy, leaving you with little else for the rest of your life? Or that take so much out of you that you’ve abandoned them anyway?
  • Are you fed up with food deprivation that leaves you weak and cranky and doesn’t seem to make a difference, really, anyway?

Everything else in your life runs pretty smoothly, except for your fitness, weight loss, energy and body-shaping goals. Maybe that’s never been your strong suit.

I’m guessing you were probably never taught exactly how all the components of creating fitness in balance with your life really work.

See, as busy women, we tend to think of taking care of ourselves as “last on the list” instead of “taking care of yourself makes you not only better, but a role model for everyone else you care about.”

This almost always leads us to poor results.
No matter what we do or try, it doesn’t work the way it should. Because there is an internal conflict, we are busy serving others, or we otherwise somehow keep getting in our own way.
Now:
Imagine being fit, shapely, and energetic.
Imagine tossing the “fat” clothes – for good.
Imagine enjoying the foods you love, without the obsessions and angst. Life’s too short.

Envision what it would be like to live happily, freely, fit, energetic, and confident….What do you feel like? Look like?
What would it be like to enjoy what you eat, feel great in your body, and get on with living – creating the life that you love?

OK, so what exactly do you need to do realize your fitness dreams?

Embracing a new mindset and establishing consistent, simple practices is all that you need to do.

It means taking serious action for change that within a relatively short period of time will work FOR you, and make the whole “fitness thing” easy.

Here’s what you need to do:

  1. Decide what you want: goals clarification
  2. Dream the dream – craft your vision!
  3. Extricate yourself from diet cycling; and you become enlightened about how you may be sabotaging your efforts…unknowingly!
  4. Embrace nutrition and eating rhythm basics; it’s simpler than you think
  5. Move your body
  6. Build some muscle
  7. Develop mental mastery

That’s it!

You CAN learn to implement these components systems for consistent action and results.

These provide the scaffold of the system that I’ve created to help other women move consistently toward the fitness lifestyle of their dreams. Women who’ve applied all these steps with me have seen outstanding results.

I don’t enjoy working with whiners or skeptics or people who make excuses because the results aren’t the same. So, I need you to know that I’m very selective in who I work with.

A little about my background…

After struggling with my weight for over 30 years, I finally decided I’d had it with dieting and overexercise and embraced a whole new approach that required a paradigm shift in how I thought about my body, diet, and exercise.

These are the very same tools I coach others with individually as well as in group interactive sessions.
