T-Tapp Workout, taking its name from it’s creator Teresa Tapp,  is a series of movements designed to put the body in proper functional alignment.  T-Tapp stands on its own as a complete workout as well as enhancing the effectiveness of ALL of your workouts.

Basically, with T-Tapp, your entire system gets “tuned up”. Due to utilization of comprehensive, compound muscle movement, rapid reshaping can take place.

This technique has some similar principles to Yoga and Pilates, but at the same time it is nothing like them.  It has been called THE anti-inflammatory workout by Dr. Nicholas Perricone in his book Dr. Perricone’s 7 Secrets to Beauty, Health, and Longevity: The Miracle of Cellular Rejuvenation. With many original copyrighted moves, T-Tapp…

  • … is comprehensive. Apply the principles to any other exercise technique to reach your goals.
  • … will enhance any other exercise form and schedule.
  • …the movement sequences are very rehabilitative, especially for the lower back and knees. They look so simple – but they provide a workout like no other.
  • … is done without special equipment.

Where To Get Started with T-Tapp

T-Tapp delivers phenomenal changes with just the basics, The T-Tapp Total Workout, practiced with proper form to personal best.

The total body involvement (comprehensive, compound movement and sequential design) conditions your body in ways you may not have focused on before:

First, at its core. This means deep abdominal layers, and connections at spine and ribcage.

The isometric set-up and nature of the movements coupled with balance to keep everything working together delivers a comprehensive workout.

Beyond this starting point, there are other signature moves that can deliver surprising results: the Organs in Place move for flattening and conditioning the abdominal wall; Hit the Floor for additional mid/lower body work; and a host of other sequences and detail moves that can provide specialization and variety should one so desire.

My Torso Trimming Series is another favorite for targeting the mid-section.

T-Tapp FAQ

There are so many different videos, where do I start?

T-Tapp is designed to work for all ages and fitness levels.  All of the workouts will continue to challenge you as you get stronger.  Thus, individual needs dictate the program with which to start.

The core program that most people start with is the 45 minute Total Workout.

But if lack of time is a factor, the most popular choice is the 15-minute Basic Plus Workout. However, if  you are a person of size with more weight to lose, Teresa created a special program with four workout segments called the T-Tapp More Rehab Program.  T-Tapp MORE was also created for those with MORE birthday candles on the cake or more health issues to overcome.  Another T-Tapp option recently created by Teresa is a walking program called Step Away the Inches.

Does it really work?

T-Tapp delivers visible results rapidly, depending on your condition, within the first week.  Its combination focus on strength, flexibility, lymphatic function, and core strength makes it a most effective workout. Many T-Tapp testimonials sound too good to be true;   that’s because you really do get such quick results with T-Tapp. You can also check out the testimonials on the T-Tapp home page ( www.t-tapp.com ).

How long does the workout take?

In the beginning (4-14 days) you will need to invest 30-60 minutes per day (depending on the program you start with) to learn T-Tapp form. After this initial “bootcamp” period, you will work out 30-60 minutes every other day. Once you achieve your goals, all it takes is 2-3 workouts per week to maintain your results.  T-Tapp is designed in such a way that the stronger you get, the less you need to workout.  There is also a short workout segment called Basic Workout Plus that is very effective at just 13 minutes in length.

Is there a money back guarantee?

You can purchase T-Tapp with complete confidence!  All sales on T-Tapp workouts are final because T-Tapp is an educational system with breakthrough approaches to technique that will make any and all other workouts more effective. The T-Tapp movements are so effective that they have been copyrighted.

What is a bootcamp?

What is the difference between T-Tapp & other programs?

T-Tapp is more comprehensive and was designed to include the strengths of other systems all in one approach.  With T-Tapp you receive will find aerobic conditioning, resistance training, as well as core conditioning and body sculpting. T-Tapp is similar to Yoga is that is builds flexibility. It is reminiscent of martial arts in that it has specific sequence and form. It is like dance and pilates-based movement in that it builds long, lean muscles.

How soon do I see results?

Some people lose 5-7 inches after four days of T-Tapp, depending on their previous condition. In addition, you will feel the T-Tapp difference immediately. You will stand taller; the functioning of your body systems will improve; you may even notice your clothes fitting different even though you find no measurable inch loss.
