I have recorded a complete collection of 30 audio tracks to support each of the thirty days of the 30-Day Plan in The Mindful Vegan. Keep this in mind as you enjoy these audios.  They are designed to be instructional, so they contain instruction that is deeply connected with book content.

As the 30 days progress, an increasing amount of time is turned over to silence for practice.  This means that the samples you will receive as part of this gift will contain instruction.

When you purchase The Mindful Vegan book, there are instructions in Resources within the book that tell you how to obtain all 30 tracks that you can have free access to.
