| 1) Lani, I LOVED the Love Your Body Booty(y) class that I just took with you.
It was, honestly, the best on-line class I have ever taken. I learned so much more than I ever expected. You are definitely doing what you were called to do; you have such a gift for teaching. I can’t wait for the May class! The knowledge that you have acquired in the realm of fitness and health is immense and your willingness to share it with us is so much appreciated. I went into 2010 “saying” it was going to be my year to get fit and healthy, but I cannot say I “believed” it…..now, after your bootcamp, I do BELIEVE it! You inspire me to want to do my best and you bring out a determination and a will to work harder than I ever knew I could. I think that is the mark of an excellent teacher. I only took 3 measurements at the beginning of class…..waist, hips, and abs. I forgot to measure this morning so I don’t know how much I have lost in those areas, but there is definite visible toning, especially in the abs area. I, also, lost 5 lbs and the door is locked on those 5 lbs……they won’t be coming back, they need to find a new home! My mental attitude is one of YES I CAN make these lifestyle changes and YES I WILL. In the beginning those were just words, but if you tell yourself often enough and you have the right kind of support, you will come to believe them. Lani’s forum of women who took this class could not have been more encouraging. Each one brought a dimension to the class that would have been missing without them. The money I invested in this class does not come easy to me…..I have to find ways to come up with it; but I am telling you, it is the best investment I have made in my health in awhile and I will continue to invest as long as I can. I would recommend your classes to anyone who REALLY is serious about wanting change. You should be open to hearing the truth and willing to do your part to effect the changes. If you do Lani’s exercises and you follow her suggestions for healthy eating, I just do not see how you could NOT lose inches and/or pounds and improve your stamina and health to boot.
And, truly, it is the gift that keeps on giving because you have a lot of her knowledge printed out to read over and over again, tips to practice over and over again, and the honesty of her remarks lingering in your mind……like the first one that comes to my mind: “you carve your figure with your fork!” See you in the FitDream Fusion Inner Circle and class in May! ~Jean Meyers, Fairfax
2) Lani’s February Love Your Body Boot(y) Camp was absolutely WONDERFUL! I lost 5 pounds over the course of the month. I hardly ever lose one or two pounds a month, so that’s something! I can tell there has been a lot of reshaping going on “back there” in the backyard! My waist has much less muffin and my belly is a bit flatter. My upper thighs also lost some, as well as the lower thighs and calves. I always get the “January blahs” and have a hard time staying motivated to be consistent. My hope was that the Booty Camp would help me with this–and it has! I’m pumped and ready to keep going now. What a way to welcome in spring. I have had two wonderful results from the Booty Camp that, to me, were even better than a size loss.. The other big area where I have seen great strides in the right direction is my eating. I am an emotional eater, and I have come a long way, but was not ready to take huge steps in eliminating all sugar. By the fourth week of the Booty Camp, I was ready to tackle that monster. I am actually ready to address other eating issues, too, and again, I feel it was the encouragement from Lani and my other Booty Campers and their successes that has helped. I would highly recommend anyone to take a class like this with Lani. It is well-worth the money. 3) Lani, the Love Your Body Boot(y) Camp was absolutely more than I expected! The most powerful thing about this class has been learning to believe in myself – anything is possible. To know that others are there just like me. The workout and eating guidance was great! But for me – the caring and love worked more than any “huffing ‘n grunting”. Of course, that worked on getting inches down some — but ohhhhh that caring makes the sun shine! I lost about 18 inches during the month overall. To whom who I recommend this class? Absolutely anyone! It does help to have a higher level of exercise than I did. But knowing that as long as you are giving it you all — we ARE supported. I wouldn’t change a think. It was awesome and helpful – and you were there no matter what. I have done online exercise classes before and never came out feeling so wonderful. I would sign up for this every time it could be offered. It doesn’t matter your size or your age or where you are in life – from this class, one learns how to realize they are important and good people are still out there! As far as Lani — well, my girl, you are awesome, so caring, so helping. Thank you for helping all of us find ourselves that was stuck way down deep inside.

My eating habits have gone through a complete overhaul. I am more knowledgeable as to what impact the food choices I make have on my body and my energy level. This class was more than I expected especially in the area of instructor availability, support, excitement and over “genuine caring”. It was a safe environment where I felt comfortable asking any question I had. The weekly calls also exceeded my expectations. I found that doing the moves ‘together’ on the call with Lani’s instructions created new “ah ha’s” for me every week. The course information provided on the website came at a good pace allowing time to read, understand and implement before getting more information. The most powerful thing about this course was the encouragement from Lani and all the other participants.There was never any negativity…it was all about honest information and encouragement to make the needed changes in our daily choices to become healthier and stronger. I recommend anyone ready to listen to honest information and implement changes in their eating behaviors & workout programs should take this class. They WILL NOT be disappointed. 5) The course lived up to every promise – both read and implied by myself! By the third week ALL my pants were looser – easy to zip up even after a wash/dry, and all were loose in the seat/hip area. I am going through a very upsetting emotional time, yet the course helped me stay on track for MY fitness. The weekly exercise schedules were quickly modified for me by Lani, to match what I like to do, can do, along with new challenges. Yet those new challenges were again modified so that with my injured knees I COULD do them – getting maximum results as long as I put in my best effort. I often feel inadequate following (supposedly) wonderful DVD’s. I just can’t keep up, or my legs just can’t be that straight up in the air, or I can’t do it properly. I end up feeling frustrated and demoralized. Lani created a program that I not only could do, it introduced me to new exercises and HOW I could do them. NO frustration, no feeling of “not measuring up” – just great results! And her tweaks on stuff I (supposedly) already knew showed me there’s always room for improvements. The food modifications are gentle suggestions with the research to back up the why. I FINALLY stopped craving sweets! The secret is the lifestyle eating FOR ME. Lani (and all her courses) has the unique ability to see beyond herself; to help each participant in the areas each needs; she does this gently, truthfully, bluntly, and with no excuses. She is flexible to understand that each participant needs something different to achieve success, so she helps each find that path. I recommend this course for anyone who wants to get into better shape – emotionally, physically, and lifestyle eating-wise. It’s not just for newbies, or for experts. 6) I now weigh 15 lbs less than I did last Fall. Clothes are fitting much better. I’m happier and more upbeat. I got more than I even expected out of this course. I wasn’t sure how exercise instruction on a phone call would work; however, your thorough, detailed descriptions were so helpful in getting through to my very visually oriented brain. I loved the forums and getting to “know” everyone. Their successes are an encouragement to me. All of the tips and information you put on the class site are going to be studied for a long time. Who would I recommend take this class in the future? Friends…..family…sister, dauhter – in – law…. I can’t think of anything I would change about the course. Lani’s ability to communicate her rich knowledge of good nutrition and exercise has given me tools to enhance my life; and her motivation has given me the courage to do what is necessary to be fit, healthy, and strong. The class was fun, inspiring, motivating, and challenging. My clothes fit better; I’ve lost weight, and I’ve been taken to the next level.

7) This course exceeded my expectations. It was a great bonus to have Lani’s trainer notes, the content of the calls we had were high quality. And, as far as T-Tapp you gave great form pointers on the calls, many of which I was not aware of prior to the course. The course was well organized, had a lot of content and was a great value for the money. My clothes became loser all over, quickly. I felt good about continuing to improve my diet and about sticking to my planned exercise schedule and routine. The class reinforced eliminating things from my diet that I know is better for me. It also gave me great ideas for quick and easy food preperation, so I had no excuses!
I think that the course would be appropriate for all levels of fitness, even those who feel they are advanced, due to the fine points related to both exercise form and to eating for health. ~ Donna J., Concord, CA
8) This class was was WAYY MORE than I ever anticipated – and that is a good thing. Lani, I cannot believe the amount of effort you put forth in this quite literally, international class. You brought us all together for one focus, gave us tips that I’d never heard, and offered support beyond measure. Yes, and I would recommend this class to others and have recommended your upcoming May class also. I feel it is well worth it. Much more bang for your buck. Personally, I wouldn’t change anything. The hour spent on the phone each week was amazing. For me, the encouragement to keep on keeping on, even when it was a lousy day, if I was sick, or life interrupted me – whichever – really really was important. And it was terrific having a forum where it was obvious that I wasn’t alone in that – life got in the way for most of us. I am taking the things I learned in the February class and will incorporate them into my daily routines now. THANKS MISS LANI!!
Lani was on site (website) every day encouraging each and every one of us. Lani was very detailed on the forums in her explanations. The conference call workouts were clear. The workout tweaks and instruction were so helpful for better results. The other “campers” came filled with energy. Lots of support and encouragement all around. I’m so thankful to have been a part of Lani’s online Booty Camp. It came at a time when a lot of things were changing in my life, and this was one more door to step through. Lani not only was a super instructor, but I feel that she became my friend. It’s apparent that she cares deeply about those she mentors and teaches in health, fitness, and nutrition. I’ve been in some other online challenges of a different sort, and Lani superseded my expectations in her involvement. She was on site (website) every day, encouraging us, talking us through our own individual difficulties, and helping us to believe in ourselves. The live conference call workouts were awesome. Lani worked us to the bone! lol. So many tips and tweaks to make our workouts more effective. We even got dietary guidelines! I eat a lot of raw/fresh, but the tip about adding in beans and whole grains every day has giving me a “settledness” – less cravings – probably due to more stabilized blood sugar. That gave me an unexpected settledness and satisfaction – much less cravings for junk food. I DID lose 1 inch off my waist, 1 off my abs, and 1 off my hips. I’d do Lani’s Booty Camp again in a heartbeat. I gained so much, that I joined the Fitdream Fusion Circle. I’m already signed up for Lani’s next class in May! Come join us! 10) Believe me, Lani, when I say I loved this class and I was pleasantly surprised to benefit in many ways. Your teaching style definitely resonated with me and therefore impacted my own teaching skills. I have a deeper understanding of all of the moves you taught and wrote about. And the forum was great, very busy and positive. I lost 5 pounds and saw visible reshaping of my backend, both of which were unexpected! Pushing myself with the class workout schedule resulted in increased strength, flexibility and a feeling of wellbeing and confidence. The format of the class had a seamless flow, with the phone calls, the forum and the weekly information. I loved the Trainer Notebook information and I thought it was effective to release the pages steadily through the class rather than dumping it all at the beginning.
