If you are looking for the best way to implement change and would like my support to do it,  I find the best practice is to work together for several weeks, depending on desire, motivation, and willingness to do what it takes to get the physical confidence, eating freedom, health, and great figure plus the new habits that make them happen.

I am picky about which clients I take on because I have a very busy schedule and like to work with people who are really desirous of change and are willing to do the work involved.  Because success is yours if you do it.   I like to work on referrals.  Another avenue is when someone goes out of their way to write or call me and ask if they can work with me.  These are usually very productive connections.

Fast Start Program

Fast Start is exactly that – get in and GO so that you can become successful at your goals.  Together we set specific goals, intentions, troubleshoot, and build strategies to move you every day toward realizing your vision.

Rather than session-to-session, we set up a bundle of 7 hour sessions at the usual investment, with the 8th session on me.  In other words, session 8 is a freebie.

Included, during the 8 weeks

1)  Weekly 50 minute coaching call, reasonable emails as needed
2) Bonus gifts:  up to $650 in value:

Your investment for the Fast Start Program:  $1400 for 2 months, which includes the 8th week FREE pass

Advantages of Fast Start

The advantages of the 8 week time frame is that it gives us a chance to address ebbs and flows of motivation, life’s interruptions, and getting beyond the honeymoon phase of new and improved practices. We get to strategize new issues as they present themselves, and fine-tune and adjust your workout, eating, and mindset activities to stay on track. Longer than 8 weeks is good too, and that is always an option as you move forward;  you’ll know more when you get there.

The Benefits of working together in the Fast Start fashion are clear. 

 

Basic Program

The Basic Program includes many of the advantages of the Fast Start program, yet with a different time structure.   The Basic Program is for you if you’d like a little more moderate schedule than the more intense weekly sessions that come with Fast Start.

  • Membership in Lani’s Success Club during the duration of your package, including monthly training calls and 10% discount on Lani’s products and Courses.

Your investment for the Basic Program:

Basic Level 1: $395.00/Mo for three 30-minute sessions,  emails as needed (or $1,085.00 for 3 Months)

Basic Level 2: $450.00/Mo for three 45-minute sessions,  emails as needed (or $1,250.00 for 3 Months)

Onetime consultation:

Coaching was designed to work on a retainer basis, with repetitive sessions and charted progress. I understand, however, that sometimes you’re in a pinch and need some information, inspiration, or counsel right now. My onetime phone consultation fee is $150 for a 45-minute session.
