It’s no surprise to you, is it, that turkey is not an annual event on my plate at Thanksgiving, is it.  What else would you expect from the plant-based fitness grrrl?

There IS an annual event involving big birds at our house, though – and that is the Thanksgiving Festival for the Turkeys at Farm Sanctuary, Orland, CA, taking place the Saturday before Thanksgiving each year.

My favorite videographer Greg captured this year’s celebration perfectly.  Heck, he even caught an inspired marriage proposal on digifilm- a LIVE surprise!
