Wanted to share this with you!
Nancy just posted this in the “Locker Room” of Body Transformation Booty Camp this morning. Locker Room is our affectionate name for the online connecting point with forums, instructional guides, workout and dietary plans, and the whole Body Transformation Booty Camp ball of wax.
I am thrilled to report that I lost 1.5 pounds this first week of Booty Camp!
This is big for me in several ways. First ….. it is the first time I have weighed myself on a scale in over 5 years. Got thru that fear!
- I have loved every single thing I have eaten.
- I don’t feel like I’m on a diet.
- I have enjoyed everything about food and eating – from planning to shopping to cooking to eating.
This to me is mind-blowing.
I’m focused on losing quite a bit of weight AND I’m enjoying all things food AND I don’t feel deprived.
It’s all just too amazing for words!

Nancy, I can tell, and well you should be. You have done an amazing job.
And you’ve made SO much progress (down 40 lbs already!)
Plus a positive payoff for weighing in. Talk about instant gratification! And I love all the qualifiers (no hunger, no deprivation, blahblahblah…)
And if I do say so myself, you have taken the concept of whole foods, plant-strong fitness and run with it. Every meal and eats idea you report sends us to creative yummersville.
And your creativity and consistency with the Booty Camp workout plan has been exemplary.
I wish I could see you in person to congratulate you on your journey. Oh wait, I can! See you in 2 days at Muscles Mud and Merlot VIP Weekend!
