My Own Swim Suit Story
These are memories from when at my top weight – 189.5 lbs – almost a dozen years ago. I had had it with diets and exercise and all of the paraphernalia of trying to lose weight. I decided to try something new.

Yes, it was a stretch at first. And it took imagination and self – examination, to be sure!

With a beach trip approaching on the horizon, I splurged and bought myself a suit that promised to make me look 10 lbs thinner. Not only did it do that, but it gave me a whole new lease on life on the beach. And beyond.

Oh WOW Lani – what perfect timing!! First of all, these clothes look terrific – and the prices are certainly reasonable, even when converting from US dollars. I intend to contact them regarding shipments to us north of the border.
More importantly though, is your sharing of what you did to help achieve your vision – living your life NOW as your personal best – not waiting for that magical moment sometime in the future. This weekend (um, maybe Monday – I think this is something I need to do away from eyes of hubby) I am going to ONLY wear what makes me look and FEEL slim, attractive – and that means a lot of stuff will have to been taken out of the closet and relentlessly tried on (a last goodbye, so to speak) AND put aside for Goodwill/thrift Store. Yep, I have fat clothes, fatter clothes, skinny clothes, clothes that fit me now – I feel like an Armour (sp?) Hot dog kid (anyone remember those ads – What kind of kids like Armour Hot dogs – fat kids, skinny kids, kids that climb on rocks???)
Interesting, while in Toronto I bought a few mix/match parts of an outfit at a clearance store – so that I would have a more up to date wardrobe for client meetings, and FEEL better. Guess I was on the right track – and that’s because of your WBF course! So, if anyone is thinking about taking the next session – DO IT!
