THANK YOU SO MUCH for your guidance on our WebCam Training yesterday! I feel so much more confident in doing the exercises. You really brought them to life! I went thru some of them with my mother after we finished. It helped to reinforce them by demonstrating them. I’m headed out the door to go back home, and will do a proper workout when I get settled.
