woooooo that is awesome you will be with us along the way Lani , what a bonus that is for all of us, i have been doing the 21 jump starts now for a couple of years and love it, i have also signed up my pateints to do it as well. I realsied that it had the same principles as Dr Mac so thought it would be good for me and the others as well, and the recipies are great. With the menues they dont specify how much to have so i am guessing it is like the Dr Macd program and eat until you are full, anyway so rapt to have you in on it to, cheers Anna
Anna, this is great and what a service you do to the patients in your programs to sign them up as well. Yes, Dr. Barnard and Dr. McDougall are on the same page so your thinking correct in that direction.
